Angus Group owns and manages a diversified property portfolio, develops property and manages select property funds. The group was founded in Old Reynella, South Australia in 1930 by the Woolcock Family.
Andrew Woolcock is the Managing Director of Angus Group, a role he has held for the past two years. With extensive senior leadership experience in leasing, development, portfolio growth, and funds management, Andrew has a proven track record of driving strategic expansion.
He has held key positions at Stockland Group, Colonial First State, Westfield, and Cotton On Group. Starting in retail and commercial acquisitions, he has held leadership roles in shopping centre management, retail and commercial leasing, development, design and construction.
Most recently Andrew led Cotton On Groups Property, Design and Construction departments as Group Executive of Global Property, managing a portfolio of over 1,700 stores in 20 countries.
Dan Feery is Angus Groups Project Director, with over a decade of experience delivering residential, retail, and commercial developments across Australia and Asia-Pacific. With a background in the trades, he brings a practical and grounded understanding of how projects are delivered from concept through to completion.
He has led projects across all stages of the development lifecycle, including feasibility, design coordination, and construction, working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and builders to ensure alignment and clarity from the outset.
Dan has built his experience across a range of environments, from bespoke residential projects to large-scale retail and commercial developments, developing a strong ability to manage complexity while maintaining a focus on vision, quality and detail.
Callie Buttler looks after Property Management at Angus Group, bringing years of experience across both the legal and property sectors. Her background provides a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and risk management, enabling her to navigate the complexities of commercial property management with a focus on client relationships.
At Angus Group, Callie takes a hands-on, personalised approach to managing commercial assets. She works closely with tenants, and service providers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, tenant relationships are supported, and client investments are protected.
